Christmas has come and gone. Lots of children woke up to find themselves with a bundle of fluff to play with. We had a very busy few weeks. Our animals are alway altered before being adopted out. Of course not all animals in our area are adopted through us. As such we recommend, again and again, get you kitten or puppy fixed as soon as possible. Who We Are
Right now, we are a group of volunteers, working out of our homes trying to help the local community care for it's pets. We have a good spay/neuter program in operation that financially assists some pet owners with veterinary expenses. Our adoption program is based on networking, being that we do not have a shelter. We have several volunteers that have a revolving doors continually fostering and placing pets. When an animal comes into our care, we have it spayed or neutered and throroughly examined by one of our local veterinarians at which time, it will receive the recommended shots. All of our funding to pay for vet bills, etc, comes from donations, membership dues and scheduled events.
Adopting a friend
Adopting a pet is a responsibility and requires a commitment. We encourage all prospective pet owners to consider carefully before undertaking the caring of a companion animal. In a pet you will find unconditional love and loyalty. All creatures require respect, consideration and a generous regard for the basic needs.
