News
We need help!!! We currently have four dogs being boarded due to not enough foster homes available. Since March 19th we have spent $1200 in boarding costs and this has taken a huge amount of our available funds to do rescue work. We are in need of foster homes or help with boarding costs! Have you been considering adopting, but just aren't sure. How about trying fostering? You can find out if a basset is the right breed for you and play a very important role in helping them finding their forever home. Please consider fostering.

Who We Are
Wyoming Basset Rescue is a non-profit, all volunteer group dedicated to helping unwanted basset hounds in Wyoming find new homes.
Adopting a friend
Save a life and give a rescued basset a second chance! All our dogs are altered prior to adoption, we do not place dogs for breeding purposes. We make sure all dogs are in reasonable health prior to adopting. There is an adoption fee for each dog.
Volunteering and Donations
As we are strictly a volunteer organization, we are always looking for additional volunteers and foster homes. All donations are greatly accepted. Please mail your donations to Wyoming Basset Hound Rescue, P.O. Box 2131 Cody, Wyoming 82414.
