Please if you are a rescue and can help, contact the shelter right away. Our very limited resources and only 5 kennel runs don't give much time to any of the dogs and they are nice dogs. We do evaluate each dog and do some temperament testing before even offtering them to rescues or the public.
News
There are changes going on at Morgan Co Animal Control. A new dog warden has been assigned, a little facelift is being given to the shelter. If you are interested in volunteering to help the dogs in this shelter, please contact libby4dogs@verizon.net Shelter volunteers are needed to help get pictures, update petfinder, walk dogs, evaluate dogs and try to find homes and/or rescues for them.
Who We Are
Morgan Co Animal Control handles all abandoned, abused, neglected and unwanted dogs in Morgan Co. There are only 5 kennel runs to support this, so most dogs have a very limited time. Rescues are welcome, adopters are welcome and transport is available for distant rescues.
