About Webark
2012: It's our 10 Year Anniversary! We have been saving animals from hopeless situations since 2002, when Webark was founded by Morgan & Pam Lacefield. They are well known community leaders and co-owners of 14 Ohio Valley Domino's Pizza stores. Since 1984, the Lacefield's, who have 9 adopted children, have assisted nearly every cause in the Ohio Valley. Because of their special fondness for helping animals, their dream of an animal sanctuary became a reality with the opening of Webark, the only No-Kill facility in the immediate area.
THUNDERSHIRT
Cats!
Many Adoptable CATS at Webark Estates No-Kill Animal Shelter!
Indoor cats and kittens, and outside barn cats are available. All are spayed/neutered, all vet work done. Homes and barns must be approved by Webark. Call 304-845-0855
When you adopt from Webark Estates No-Kill Animal Shelter, you send a message that you support the "No Kill Movement", along with getting the warm and fuzzy feeling of saving a life! Adopting a pet from Webark's No Kill Animal Shelter thus opens up a space for another animal, and the folks at Webark can then go to a shelter that does euthanize, and save another one!
Have a pet you can't keep? Webark offers a “matchmaker” service to pet owners looking to find a new home for their pet. Call Webark or email if you need help placing your pet.
Webark Estates is a 501 C-3 organization, dedicated to rescuing and placing homeless pets and reducing pet overpopulation.
ALL are volunteers at Webark...no salaries are paid...we receive no county or government funding. We are just folks who love animals and enjoy saving lives!
$15 will feed one dog or cat for one month
"Joan's Fund", established by patron Joan Kelvington, provides matching funds up to $500 to save dogs in danger of being euthanized.
The "Delma Schank Guardian Angel For Injured Stray Cats Fund", established by the estate of Delma Schank, assists injured stray cats.
Webark Extra Special Kitty Program
The “Webark Extra Special Kitty Program" has been established with a generous contribution from Randy & Beckie Frobouck, in honor of their cats, along with a generous sum bequeathed to Webark from the estate of Thelma Paar, in honor of Ebony, her cat. Ebony was an elderly kitty who came to live at Webark after the death of her beloved Thelma. The “Webark Extra Special Kitty Program" supports the fostering and placement of “Extra Special Kitties” into safe and loving homes. Any cat entering Webark who is elderly, diabetic, has impaired vision or mobility, neurological issues, or is a semi-feral cat, is considered “Extra Special", and therefore will benefit from this program. These are all very special kitties who deserve a good home and a happy life!
Do you have an old car, truck, RV, sports utility vehicle, motor home, airplane, farm equipment, or construction equipment that you don't need? Donate it to Webark and they can turn it into cash! Click on the car for details.
