Our featured pet, Luther, died on May 26th from the effects of eleven years of abuse. I know he wants to send a huge THANK YOU 
to Cheryl and Janet who provided a portable ramp for his travel needs and a permanent ramp to give him access to the yard. Special thanks also to deputy sheriff Terring Skinner and animal control officer, Chris Welch. in Taylor County who persisted even when the court sent him back to his abuser. His most grateful thanks go to Mark Jones and his staff at Mark Jones Grooming, who gave Luther special baths to help his skin and showed him that people can be wonderful. They even sat with him while he died.
