This southern rural shelter is in URGENT need of lifelong, happy homes for their many wonderful pets. AFTA is an all-volunteer run nonprofit rescue licensed and serving in the state of West Virginia. & Rhode Island Our team involves volunteers from West Virginia and New England. Our goal is to humanely create a negative canine and feline balance through a spay/neuter program, and rescue and placement of dogs and puppies. locally and with New England families.
