Our new kennels are finished. Now our Pyrs have a brand new building equiped with indoor-outdoor kennel runs and an indoor work area. Excellent accommodations, but not the same as "home".
Who We Are
We are Great Pyrenees Rescue of Wisconsin, Inc.. A non-profit corporation run by a group of pyrenees lovers who, in cooperation with many other pyr-lovers across the country, volunteer our time, money and sometimes sanity for the benefit of pyrs in need.
To unleash the majestic spirit inherent in all Great Pyrenees with love and compassion ... this is rescue.
Adopting a friend
So you want a dog, and not just any dog, you want a Great Pyrenees. You've researched the breed — beyond the pretty face, and you've decided this noble gentle giant is right for you. That big fluffy white fur-ball with a mind of its own is just what you need to bark at your neighbors; to walk you around the neighborhood, rec-trail or park; to take you to the vet, the groomers or the local dog club; to lounge around home with; to help decide which food, or toy tastes best; and most importantly, which clothes will look better white and furry? Then we can help you! Please contact us for an adoption application, so we can help your pyr pick you.
