Great Gift Ideas!
If you are looking for that special gift and help the animals at the same time, perhaps you could consider
purchasing a gift from the shelter. Cookbooks for that special cook,
Mosaic Garden Paws that can be special ordered for that gardener in your life, Canvas bags with our Neenah Animal Shelter address on them
to help keep our planet green at the grocery store, and magnets or candles for that special place in your house.
All proceeds go directly to the shelter. Of course any monetary gift would be greatly appreciated for our animals.
The Neenah Animal Shelter is a low-kill shelter. This means that the only animals euthanized are either to feral to be worked with or have FeLV or FIV. Here no animal is euthanized because there is no room or they have not been adopted within a certain time frame.
Our Mission

How many pets do you think are euthanized each year? 100,000? 500,000? According to the U.S. Humane Society the answer is 4 million!
How can you help? A new search engine powered by Yahoo! called GoodSearch supports your favorite animal rescue,
or any other cause you care about, with every search. It doesn't cost you a thing — the money they donate comes from the advertisers.
Search engines generated more than $6 billion in revenue last year. Just think how many animals could be saved with even a fraction of this money!
Here's the web site — http://www.goodsearch.com. You can also read about GoodSearch in the NY Times, Oprah Magazine, CNN, the Wall Street Journal, and more.

Why Should I Adopt?
Adopting an animals from a shelter gives a neglected or abused animal a second chance at a healthy, happy home.
The Neenah Animal Shelter is a non-profit organization dedicated to finding safe and quality homes for all the animals that find their way into our shelter.
Each animal is Vet checked, vaccinated, temperment tested, and FeLV and FIV tested before being put up for adoption.
Our animals are matched with potential adopters by filling out an application and submitting it to the shelter.
