Great Gift Ideas!

If you are looking for that special gift and help the animals at the same time, perhaps you could consider purchasing a gift from the shelter.
Cookbooks for that special cook,
Mosaic Garden Paws that can be special ordered for that gardener in your life,
Canvas bags with our Neenah Animal Shelter address on them to help keep our planet green at the grocery store, and
magnets or candles for that special place in your house.
All proceeds go directly to the shelter. Of course any monetary gift would be greatly appreciated for our animals.

Who We Are

The Neenah Animal Shelter is a low-kill shelter. This means that the only animals euthanized are either to feral to be worked with or have FeLV or FIV. Here no animal is euthanized because there is no room or they have not been adopted within a certain time frame.

Our Mission

The Neenah Animal Shelter believes in responsibility and humanely enforcing animal-related laws; providing nourishment as well as a safe environment for unwanted, stray, abused, and impounded animals; educating the public about responsible companion animal ownership; and finding new loving homes for homeless animals from our shelter. The Neenah Animal Shelter recieves minimal city funding and is dependent on contributions from the community to cover its annual operating budget.

Why Should I Adopt?

Adopting an animals from a shelter gives a neglected or abused animal a second chance at a healthy, happy home. The Neenah Animal Shelter is a non-profit organization dedicated to finding safe and quality homes for all the animals that find their way into our shelter. Each animal is Vet checked, vaccinated, temperment tested, and FeLV and FIV tested before being put up for adoption. Our animals are matched with potential adopters by filling out an application and submitting it to the shelter.
