Who We Are
The mission of Cats Anonymous, Inc. is to promote, educate and advocate the nonlethal
reduction of the feral cat population in Northeastern Wisconsin utilizing the Trap-Neuter-
Return (TNR) method in a safe and humane manner. We exist to improve the lives of and
reduce the numbers of feral cat populations in our area.
To that end, Cats Anonymous will work in the following ways to reach our mission:
· We will loan live traps and give instructions for use to anyone rescuing “unowned” cats
living strictly outdoors in yards, alleys, business/school parking lots, etc. and “owned”
barn/farm cats.
· We will provide no or low-cost neuter/spay surgeries, vaccinate (distemper and rabies)
and release these cats back into their previous surroundings. We will also treat any minor
health/injury issues.
· In cases of kittens that are young enough to be properly socialized, we will help with
fostering and adopting to approved homes for a nominal fee. If socializing or adoption is not
successful, the kittens will go back to their previous surroundings.
· We will assist the caregivers of these cats with proper training on the responsibility of
feeding, providing shelter, or any other related information.
