Who We Are
We are a newly built humane society and animal shelter located in Oconto, WI. We offer impounding, adoption, lost and found, euthanasia, cremation, and general care for domestic animals.
We are not funded by the city or county. We count on donations from our citizens to support our cause!
Adopting a friend
We require an application from each potential adopter. .Animals are placed on a "best fit" basis. The application is designed to help us determine if your home is in the animal's best interest. Please be patient with us during the application process. We have very limited staff and it may take up to 5 days to complete your application.
Purebreds must be spayed/neutered before adoption. All other animals by 6 months of age. Adoption fees for animals 8 years and over are 50% off! Many area veterinarians are offering a spay/neuter discount, free health exam and/or free fecal examination. Please call for more details regarding adoption fees and other questions.
