WHO WE ARE
The Dodge County Humane Society, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, non-stock corporation.
Our mission is to promote animal welfare by providing care and shelter to animals in need,
by facilitating adoptions and by educating the public.
ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS
• Must be 21 years old
• 24 hour waiting period (can be waived)
• All family members must meet the animal
• All dog adoptions must have dog-to-dog introductions
• All current pets must be altered and have valid rabies vaccination
• Verification of home ownership or landlord approval

ADOPTION FEES - FELINES

| Two kittens (over 9 months) | $150.00 |
| Adult cats (over 9 months) | $50.00 |
| BBW cats* | $50.00 |

| In Your Prime Cats | No fee |
Adoption fee includes: feline leukemia/FIV Test, spay/neuter, distemper Vaccination,
microchip, 30 days ShelterCare pet health insurance, and rabies vaccination (if age allows)
BBW cats are our Best of Both World cats. These cats prefer to be outside and don't do well living indoors. There are very friendly and can be handled.
ADOPTION FEES - CANINES

| Small dogs (under 25 pounds) | $125.00 |
| Adult dogs (over 9 months) | $100.00 |

| In Your Prime Dogs | No fee |
Adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, distemper vaccination, bordetella,
microchip, 30 days Shelter Care pet health insurance, and rabies vaccination (if age allows)
OTHER ANIMALS
Ferrets $45.00 / Rabbits $10.00 / Guinea Pigs $5.00
Exotic Birds $75.00 / Cockatiels $20.00 / Parakeets $10.00
Small Rodents $3.00/ea or 2 for $5.00
**Senior Citizen's Senior Citizen's receive 20% Discount on adoption fees
**Previous adopters receive 10% discount on adoption frees
