Who We Are

Our Mission Statement

Dogs Rule is a boarding facility with a shelter for lost and stray dogs. We strive to give quality care to all dogs in our facility. Our mission for the shelter dogs is to return them to their original homes, place them with caring rescue groups, or find forever homes for each one. Our mission for our boarding dogs is to provide them with their basic needs and provide them with comfort and love during their time away from their families.

Adopting a Friend

Our Adoption Policy

We try our best to match adoptive families with our dogs. In order to assure a loving home for our animals we try to make sure that the adoptive owner likes the animal and that the animal likes the adoptive owner. Adoptive owners must also fill out the adoption application and have a permanent address to be eligible to adopt one of our animals.

If you already own a dog, you must bring your dog in to meet your prospective family member.

All animals are given the Parvo/Distemper series vaccine and the Bordetella Intra-nasal when they enter the shelter. Rabies and neutering are now being done at the shelter. It is an additional $45.00 for males and $55.00 for females along with the adoption fee.

We charge $40.00 for an adoption.
