Who We AreDane County Friends of Ferals is a group of dedicated volunteers committed to creating a better future for free-roaming cats. Our primary focus is on feral cats; however, roughly one-third of the cats who enter our program are not feral, but rather very scared. We also rescue feral mothers and their under-socialized kittens. We foster these cats and under-socialized kittens and give them lots of love and attention, so they become wonderful companion animals.We then find them loving, indoor homes. AdoptionsIf you see a cat listed who could be your life-long companion, then please send an email to the address listed with the cat. We will ask you to complete an adoption application. If approved, we will arrange to deliver the cat to your home. We charge adoption fees to help defray our costs.(Please note: Our tame cats are to be for indoor homes only. Adoption FeesDane County Friends of Ferals is a 100% volunteer organization run entirely by donations, grants, and adoption fees. Your adoption fee or donation will help provide food and veterinary care for our feral and friendly cats. Adoption fees for friendly cats and kittens are as follows:

NewsWe are in URGENT need for foster homes for kittens and cats. You need only a room separate from your own cats, time to spend with the foster cat, and the desire to make a difference in the life of a kitty. Please contact our Foster Coordinator to find out how you can be a foster parent for a cat in need of loving and attention. |
