Our Mission
Lavender Haven Sanctuary and Rescue is a nonprofit 501(c)3 dedicated to helping animals in need. We are a safe haven for unadoptable, elderly or neglected animals to live out their lives. We believe in spay/neuter to help end animal suffering through pet overpopulation and homelessness. We place adoptable animals into loving forever homes after being spayed/neutered and vaccinated. A large part of our mission is to encourage a loving, respectful and healthy relationship between animals and children. We believe in kindness to all!
Adoption Policy
Please see our website for an adoption application for the pet you are interested in adopting. Our adoption coordinator will be in contact with you after recieving your completed application. We do not schedule pet meets until after we have an approved application. An approved application does not mean you have to adopt the pet, it gives you the option to adopt if it is a good fit. We do not have a shelter facility so all meets will take place in a volunteer/foster home.
We will contact your references, do a short home check for dogs and a meet and greet with any family members and pets before adoption is finalized. We are an in home rescue with all volunteers so please have patience with us getting through applictions.
