PLEASE NOTE: We are an all-volunteer organization with regular full-time jobs. Our rescue work is done on our own time, mainly in the evenings. Email is the best form of communication and we ask for your patience due to our regular work priorities. We can't always answer our phone and you will most likely connect with our voicemail. We do check our email more often than we check our voicemail. Thank you. If you have specific questions, please email us at info@furkidz911.org.

Help us...help them.

FurKidz 911 Connection is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dog placement organization in Seattle, Washington. We assist shelters when they are overcrowded; assist in special rescue cases; and we save the dogs who are in danger of being euthanized and find them loving homes.

Our small team consists of dedicated volunteers with regular 40-hr a week jobs, and we give our time after work to help these dogs find new homes.

We do not have a shelter facility, we rely solely on fosters to house and care for the rescued dogs. Being in a temporary home environment will give each dog special one-on-one attention. Fosters provide training and structure so the dogs can become good companions. Some dogs that have been in the shelter for awhile may need extra time with a foster family to re-adjust.

Fosters are THE BACKBONE of our organization. We do need your help - the more people who can open up their homes to fostering, the more lives we can save. It is absolutely rewarding!

Help us advocate for a better world for dogs and cats. For more information, visit our website at: www.furkidz911.org.
Thank you.
