Who We Are
The City of Ocean Shores operates an animal shelter for stray and lost pets that are found inside the City limits of Ocean Shores, Washington.
We provide adoption services for unclaimed and homeless pets. All the stray animals are held for at least 72 hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays before they are available for adoption. The Shelter is an all volunteer staff, reporting to the City's Animal Control Officer. We can always use more women, men, or couples that have a love of animals and would like to help make a difference. We also accept donations. You can give us a call and we'll let you know what our current needs are. Dog and cat food is always welcome.
Cash donations are also welcomed. We thank you and the pets thank you.
