Pets can come into breeding season all year so anytime is a good time for prevention! Be a responsible and caring pet parent and ensure your pets are all spayed and neutered now, before it becomes a problem. Any communities with feral cat colonies can act now to start limiting the colony growth by contacting the Feral Cat Spay and Neuter Project in Lynnwood. Good luck and thank you!
We need adoptors for all the great pets we have available. As a small facility we have very limited space for incoming strays and currently most of those spaces are full of adoptable animals! We want to continue to serve the community by reuniting lost pets with owners and need adoptions to open the kennel space. If you know of anyone looking for a new pet, please send them our way!p>
Who We Are
The Animal Control Officers are part of the Edmonds Police Department. All the stray animals are held for at least 72 hours before they are available for adoption from the Adix's Bed & Bath for Dogs & Cats.
Adopting a friend
Adix's adoption fee is $50.00. The pets from the City of Edmonds are charged an additional $15.00 or $65.00 depending on whether the pet has already been altered. Juvenile kittens and puppies that are adopted at the $65.00 rate will receive a $50.00 refund from the City of Edmonds upon proof of alteration.
