Adopting A Pet
Adopter should agree to the following conditions:
Agree to accept this animal as a pet and companion animal. I will not sell, give away, breed, or abandon the animals and, if I am unable to properly care for the animal, I shall immediately return him/her to Mountain Mom.
I will allow Mountain Mom to check on this animal at their discretion. If at any time he/she is found without proper care, I understand that Mountain Mom reserves the right to take immediate possession of the pet.
