PETS AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION
All of our animals are adopted on an application basis. Our animals are always sterilized, vaccinated, wormed, microchipped and vet checked before adoption. Our cats are required to be kept inside and are not to be declawed. Our adoption prices are $75 for cats and $80-$90 for dogs. Please

OUR ADOPTION CENTER
Partners for Pets houses the majority of our animals at our Adoption Center at Trent and Argonne in the Spokane Valley. To visit our adoption center, take the Argonne exit north from I-90. At the corner of Trent and Argonne turn left, and we are located next to Albertsons. Our hours are as follows: Mon: Closed; Tues-Fri: 3-7; Sat: 11-6; Sun: 12-5.

We also have animals available for adoption at the Luv-A-Pet center in PetsMart at Broadway and Sullivan in the Spokane Valley. To visit us at PetsMart, take the Sullivan exit South from I-90. We are located in the shopping center with Toys-R-Us and Michaels, near Dress Barn.

Dogs are kept exclusively in foster homes while they are waiting to be adopted. This allows us to give them the time, attention, and love that they deserve. To meet one of our dogs, please contact the foster home listed in their PetFinder bio.

OUR MISSION
The goal of Partners for Pets is to:
-eliminate euthanasia of healthy, adoptable pets
-promote sterilization surgeries for pets to reduce the number of animals born each year
-work collaboratively with local shelters in a foster/adoption program
-and educate the community about the importance of sterilization, permanent identification, and of making a lifetime commitment

WHAT WE DO
Members of our group are all volunteers who donate their time in many ways. We go to local shelters and rescue dogs and cats that are scheduled to be euthanized. We then have the animals examined by a veterinarian, sterilized, and microchipped. The animal then stays in the care of a foster home until it can be permanently adopted. As a part of the fostering process, we have the unique opportunity to get to know the animal in a home environment. We are able to assess each pet's individual needs and determine what the best possible home for the animal would be. We then find a compatible, permanent, loving home for the pet though an interview process, and secure each adoption with a contract.

VOLUNTEERS
Volunteers with Partners for Pets are an invaluable resource, and giving just a few hours a month can help the organization continue to achieve its goal of ending the needless euthanasia of companion animals in our community.

We need reliable people to help with the daily operation of our adoption center at Trent and Argonne in Spokane Valley, as well as cleaning and adoption events at the valley PetsMart. Of course, caring for so many animals in one or two locations requires cleaning, feeding and watering, but our volunteers also give the kind of love and compassion many of these animals have missed in their lives.
