Riverside Rescue was established in 2005 to help abused, neglected and homeless pets find new homes. We recently were granted 501(c)3 tax exempt status from the IRS.

Our adoption process...

FOR DOGS: We require you to fill out an application, we check your references and ask you to come and visit the dog. We do have an adoption fee that varies from dog depending on what we have for vet bills in them. We have found it ranges from $150- $200. Senior dogs are $125.

FOR CATS: We have the same requirement Each kitten or adult cat will have a distemper, Rabies (if old enough), deworming, feline AIDS and leukemia test negative and be spayed or neutered. Kittens are $75 males & females. Adults are $75 males & females. If wild barn cats are wanted please contact us and we can get you some. These typically are rescues from the streets, they are given vaccines and spayed/neutered. We ask for a donation to help cover costs on these cats.
