My name is Petey. I am a 1.5 year old Pit Mix. I am a sweet, energetic fellow looking for a home where I can run and play. I do know some basic obedience and can sit, stay, come and play fetch! I have good social skills with other dogs and like to play with them. I have never lived with cats, but could probably live with dog savvy cats. Come on over to NCAL to meet me!

Hey I am Star! I am a one year old domestic long hair girl looking for a purrfect home to call my own. I have lived with other cats and could adjust to living with a cat savvy dog. I am extremely affectionate and love to play with all the toys here at NCAL. I can come across as shy at first but I do warm up quickly. Did you know that black cats are passed over for adoption due to superstition, prejudice or their tendency to blend in to the shadows of their kennel? Hey adopt a black cat, we go with everything!

There is an application process, but we always recommend that you visit us first to choose your next best friend! Please visit all of our animals via pictures on this website. Pictures remain on this website until the animal goes home which means that there may be an application pending on that specific animal. Please email us if you would like to receive an application for preapproval via email.
