Who We Are

Papillon Care and Rescue Trust is classified as a 501(c)3 not for profit rescue organization.

Our top priority is to ensure that each Papillon surrendered to PCA Rescue Trust is able to live out the remainder of its life in a stable, healthy and nurturing environment.

As we are a 501(c)3 not for profit organization, any monetary support may be tax deductible. Every penny is put to good use, enabling PCART to continue meeting the needs of the countless rescued Papillons that come into our care.

Each rescued Papillon is treated with special, individualized attention. They are evaluated by a veterinarian for any potential health concerns and given recommended veterinarian care. Each Papillon placed by PCART is either spayed or neutered, and completely up to date on all required vaccinations. Our Papillons are cared for in a nurturing environment by experienced volunteers. This better enables us to evaluate, then meet, each Papillons unique areas of need.


Adoption Application

As an adopter of a PCART Papillon, you will be responsible for the transport of your adopted Papillon from its foster home to your home.
