We would to thank all of those who helped rescue the animals during the time of renovation at The Bedford County Animal Shelter. Every day is a struggle to save a life but at this time it was even more of a struggle, each day is a new day with new ideas to improve the shelter for the homeless animals. THANK YOU ALL for your kindness and we look forward to working with you in the future!

Adopting a friend
Bedford County Animal Shelter does not have an adoption fee at this time. All we require is that you have your pet spayed or Neutered within thirty (30) days, and that you have it vet checked and vaccinated for rabies within ten (10) days along with county dog tags. Thats All and you can have a great companion.
