Pulaski County Humane Society & Pulaski County Animal Control
Is this what it takes for you to notice us? Black dogs and cats are often overlooked or avoided simply because they're not as flashy or have a history of bad PR. In our experience, they're some of the sweetest, most loving animals, so please give a black dog or cat a chance!

Our Listings
Animal descriptions and photos are provided by Pulaski County Humane Society volunteers. Ages, weights, and some breeds are estimates. Animals seen on our listing may no longer be available, and not all animals that are currently residing at the shelter are listed here. The best way to find a new friend is to visit us!
The Shelter
