This month our featured pet is BK, short for Bathroom Kitty. She got her name by being placed in a bathroom after she was rescued to await the birth of her litter. She has since had three beautiful babies, all of which are spoken for. Now we would like to find her a loving forever home. She is a gorgeous dilute calico who is between 9 - 12 months old. If you are interested in making a donation to support the animals, some wonderful groups that are looking for help are: The International Fund for Animal Welfare, The Humane Society of the United States., as well as the Red Cross. Who We Are
Cats Cradle Ltd of Southeast VA is a volunteer-staff, non-profit organization, 501(c)3, that rescues and places for adoption unwanted, abused, neglected, or abandoned cats. Our mission is to provide a safe refuge in Suffolk, Virginia to abandoned and stray cats alike at no cost to the community or previous owners. They will be given a place to call home, a second chance at life, where, if necessary, they will be nursed back to health with the possibility of private adoption and if not, living out the rest of their lives there filled with loving affection and care. Being a not-for-profit organization, it will be run by feline loving volunteers with services donated by local participating veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and /or veterinarians in training.
