Meet Barney

Barney is approximately 7 months of kitten. A very sweet and playful boy who enjoys being with people and having other cats to eplay with. Barney knows the sound that the bag of kitty treats makes and will come running from any direction and over top of anyone to get his treat. Barney does beautifully in a household with other cats. He will make a great addition to any family, keeping you entertained for hours.

If you're looking to adopt two pets, please consider Barney and Charlie. They are currently in foster care together and have developed a 'best buds' relationship. They spend their days playing and lounging in the sun together.

For some reason their is skepticism about black cats. It is sad that those old wives tales exist. Anyone having loved a black kitty in their life, will undoubtedly tell you they are some of the most affectionate kitties to be. I personally have shared my life with black kitties till their very old age and would not trade a day of that love for anything in the world. Look into their hearts and souls with an open mind and love. You will never be sorry. This may not change your mind to adopt a black kitty, but we hope it will give way to an open mind the next time one crosses your path.
