What can you say about a Hound? Fred, a 4 yr old Hound mix, was found by a woman who almost hit him while driving. She stopped, opened the car door and Fred promptly jumped in ready for a new adventure. Hounds love acting silly, talking to you in that special hound voice and showing off and Fred is no different. He loves playing with other dogs and especially his kennel buddy, Sparkie (also for adoption). Fred is a very special Valentine Sweetheart!

Who We Are
F.L.A.G. is an all-volunteer dog rescue group, in the Greater Richmond area, that works very hard to find good homes for abandoned, abused and/or neglected dogs and puppies.
