need people who are graphic/website specialists to volunteer their time along with volunteers to help processing our 501C3. We are a small, but dedicated rescue that has made our goal to help save Richmond, Virginia Rottweilers including our surrounding counties. With time and hard work, we hope to grow and become a rescue that is able to save many Rottweilers in and around the Richmond area. With the economy spiraling downward many more Rottweilers are losing their lives just because they are homeless and for no other reason. They need our help, we do hope you will consider joining us in our fight to save the Rottweiler.
Adopting a friend
Our mission of RRR is to save the breed and educate the public about Rottweilers. As Rottweiler rescuers we intend to rescue, re-train, and re-home our pure bred Richmond Rottweilers that are homeless, starved, abused, neglected or discarded like someone’s garbage. We want to help Richmond and its surrounding counties educate the public about the responsibility that goes along with owning this magnificent breed. Owning a Rottweiler is a tremendous responsibility and is not for everyone. They are a special breed and not only does the Rottweiler need training, but the owner as well needs to be aware of the breed and it’s specific needs.
In our search for the right owners, we also are in need of foster homes, donations, and volunteers to help in many other ways.
Not only do we care about Rotties, we also care about all our Richmond dogs regardless of breed. As caring citizens of Richmond (VA), it is all our responsibility to help the city and surrounding counties get the dogs off the street and keep them off. You can call your local animal shelter and offer to volunteer your services. But it all starts at home in caring for your own animals.
