The Roanoke Valley SPCA is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to improve the quality of life for animals and the people they touch in the Roanoke region.

Come to the Roanoke Valley SPCA and fill out an adoption application, or save time by filling it out at home by printing the application from our website, www.rvspca.org. All animals available for adoption have the following:
Volunteering and Donations
Volunteering for the RVSPCA is addictive. The only way to understand the feeling of satisfaction one gets from helping the homeless animals is to experience it first hand. The RVSPCA offers a comprehensive volunteer program which provides many different opportunities to choose from based on your individual interests, talents, and time commitment. The RVSPCA relies solely on the generosity of the community and receives no governmental funding to cover the cost of caring for thousands of homeless and unwanted animals throughout the year. Donations are appreciated!

Directions: East from Roanoke Civic Center on Orange Avenue. Right at 13th Street. Follow road along Tinker Creek, take a sharp turn to the left. The shelter is located at the top of the hill.
