Our Featured Pet...
Thank you to all the pet lovers who responded to our border collie mix puppies to keep them from being euthanized. One of the males was adopted by a wonderful lady in Mesquite, NV.
News
The landlord that had the border collie pups and the mother dog removed from a rental took it upon herself to help find a place for the four pups and the mother. She put ads in the paper and emailed alot of people. She found a pet store in St. George, Utah, that stated they would take the four pups. The landlord is going to find a home for the mother border collie. I commend this wonderful ladies determination to go that extra step and save the lives of these pets. Thank You all for your interest in the petfinder website and the support that you give all of us at the shelters.
Who We Are
Our shelter is a basic six pen facility that is outside. Our County is small and does not have the revenue to build a nice inside one. Please check our pets out and come and visit the shelter to adopt a new family member. Our facility is a high kill shelter because of our space and smaller community.
Adopting a friend
If the adopted pet of your choice is not spayed or neutered then we require a deposit of $80.00 for dogs and $40.00 for cats. You choose which vet and after proof is shown the deposit will be refunded back to you.
