He is a very handsome black/tan. Beans does have a medical condition (Hypothyroidism) that he will need medications for the rest of his life. His adoption fee is $100.00
Our Featured Cat!
Hi my name is Rusty. I am a Himalayan Mix and am a very handsome Red (Flame) Point Tabby. I was brought in with my 2 siamese sisters whom I lived with when my owners situation changed and she could no longer keep me. However, they were both adopted a couple of weeks ago, and now I am left by myself. I was very shy when I first came in but have really come out of my shell and now can't get enough lovings! I am very sweet! I am a big boy! I am almost 2 years old, have been neutered, microchipped, and am current on my vaccinations. My adoption fee is $65.00
News
Since August 2004 we have found homes for 200 Cats and/or Kittens, 18 Dogs , and an Amazon Parrot . Update in 2006 we adopted 145 Cats/Kittens, 7 Dogs, and 1 Rabbit. We Appreciate all the new homes for these animals.
About Us
Camelot Pet Resort, Spa & Health Center is a veterinary clinic who has been taking in stray cats/kittens for the past 10 years. We have found many happy new homes. Most of our Cats come from the West Valley Animal Services. We try to only get animals from the shelters as to help prevent euthanasia, but do take public turnovers on a VERY LIMITED BASIS.
Adopting a friend
If you are interested in any of our adoptable kittens or cats, please give us a call at 801-292-8228 or come visit us and see them! Our adoption hours are Monday-Friday 7am-5:00p Saturdays 9am-3pm. Please understand that it is part of our adoption agreement/contract that all cats/kittens will be kept STRICTLY indoors. The average life span of a cat is 15-20 years when kept inside and given proper care. The average life span of a cat that wanders outside is two years. Your cat will wander much farther than you'd expect. Even if you don't live near major roads, chances are that your cat will find them and end his/her life there. Roads aren't the only danger to cats. Many are poisoned, hurt in fights with other animals or by neighbors who dislike their presence. Many cats crawl under the hood of a car to keep warm and are killed when the car is started. With some effort on your part, most cats can learn to walk on a leash with a harness. We are happy to provide tips & suggestions on how to keep an indoor cat happy, and for ideas for building “safe” outdoor enclosures
