If you are interested in donating items to the shelter the things that are most helpful are towels, pet shampoo and conditioners, brushes, kitten and puppy milk replacer and bottles, food and water dishes, litter pans and cat and dog toys. Thank you!
Who We Are
We are the South Utah Valley Animal Shelter, located in Spanish Fork. We serve the City of Provo and all the Cities South of Provo. If you are missing an animal please visit the shelter during hours of operation to redeem your pet. Please do not just leave a message, come in and see if your pet is here. We keep strays for a minimum of 3-5 days.
The City of Orem and all Cities North of Orem are serviced by the North Utah Valley Animal Shelter located at 193 N 2000 W in Lindon. Their phone number is (801)785-3442.
Adopting a friend
Adoptions are by application only. All pets adopted are required to be spayed or neutered, receive a rabies vaccination, be micro-chipped, licensed and be examined by a veterinian.

Come Visit Us!
Our hours are Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturdays from 10am to 2pm. If you are interested in adopting please come visit the animals and fill out an application. If you are missing a pet please come to the shelter to identify and redeem your pet, thanks!
