If you are interested in donating items to the shelter, the things that are most helpful are blankets and towels, carpet remnants, grooming supplies, kitten and puppy milk replacer and bottles, food and water dishes, litter pans, cat and dog toys, adult dog/cat food, and puppy and kitten food(canned and dry). Thank you!
Who We Are
We are the South Utah Valley Animal Shelter, located in North Spanish Fork, and serve the City of Provo and all the Cities South of Provo. If you are missing an animal please visit the shelter during hours of operation to redeem your pet. Please do not leave a message, but come in and see if your pet is here. We keep strays for a minimum of 3-5 days.
The City of Orem and all Cities North of Orem are serviced by the new North Ut. Valley Animal Shelter, located at 193 N. and 2000 W. in Lindon. Their phone number is (801)785-3442.
Adopting a friend
Adoptions are by application only. All animals are adopted out on a mandatory spay or neuter contract/voucher. The surgery is paid for by you at the time of adoption. This is a service provided by the veterinarian and is not refundable if the animal is returned. All adoptions include the spay or neuter, vaccinations, microchip, license, de-worm, a free month of pet health insurance offered by Shelter Care, and a doggie/kittie gift bag!
