We are at your local Pets Mart!! Every other Saturday we will be at the Pets Mart in Layton! Look for our Adoption Trailer in the Pets Mart Parking lot. We have wonderful dogs for adoption and occasionally even Rabbits!! Come see us at Pets Mart in Layton!

Who We Are

We are an organized Law Enforcement Agency of the Davis County Government. We take in animals and enforce County Ordinances.We have a dedicated staff who wants to ensure that every homeless animal finds a good home.

Adopting a friend

Please bring your whole family including any furry ones when coming to see our pets. We require a fence when adopting dogs who weigh (or will weigh) over 20 lbs for our Davis County Residents only. The fee for adopting a dog that is unaltered is $82.00, and altered is $57.00, for Davis County Residents. For non-residents the fee is $70.00 (unaltered) and $45.00 (altered). The fee includes the spay/neuter (for unaltered animals), a Davis County License (for residents), a free check-up at the vet, a discount coupon for Rabies vaccination, and a set of booster shots. The fee for adopting a cat is $60.00 (unaltered) and $45.00 (altered). The fee includes the spay/neuter (for unaltered animals), a free check-up at the vet, a discount coupon for Rabies vaccination, and a set of booster shots. The adoption fee for all of our pocket pets is $5.00, and are sold as-is. Please note that we require all of our adopted pets to be spayed or neutered.
