Welcome to Four Paws Rescue of Utah!

Four Paws Rescue is a non-profit, volunteer-run organization that is dedicated to helping homeless dogs and cats. Four Paws Rescue has been rescuing dogs and cats since 2000. We rescue stray and abandoned cats, dogs, puppies and kittens from high-kill shelters, place them in caring foster homes (if available) and then adopt them into loving, life-long homes. We are not an open admissions facility, so admissions are based on shelter and foster home availability. We have placed nearly 4,000 companion animals into loving homes, while enriching the lives of their adoptive families.

Our Dogma

We believe that the best way to attack the pet overpopulation problem is to attack the root of the problem - prevent more dogs and cats from being born. Every pet that Four Paws rescues is spayed or neutered before being placed in his/her adoptive home. We strive to educate the public on the importance of spaying and neutering.

PETCO DONATION!

Four Paws Rescue recieved $1,993 earlier this year Petco! "We are honored to present you with the enclosed check from the Petco Foundation/ Petco Animal Supplies 2011 Tree of Hope fundraiser. Please accept this donation as a token of our very real gratitude for the wonderful work you do for animals. While this past holiday season may have been tough for many, Petco customers, associates and vendors were still very generous in donating to help the animals in their communities. This fundraiser had record-setting results. We are very happy to have you share in this generosity." Paul E. Jolley, Executive Director, Petco Foundation
