Come Visit Us at our New Location!
We're located just past Moore Road on FM 528.
(Beside the softball fields and water tower.)
HOURS
Tuesday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
We are closed on Sunday.
The shelter currently has limited hours, please call 281-996-3391 to make sure they are open.
The cat adoption fee is $85 and includes Spay or Neuter surgery, Feline Leukemia and HIV Testing, Rabies Vaccine and Feline HCPCh and LeLV shots, Micro Chip.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH! Please bring a check or money order only.
Our dogs will be microchipped.
ABOUT US
The City of Friendswood Animal Control is here to serve the citizens and to protect all animals. Our staff consists of three professionally trained officers who dedicate themselves to serving the public and the animals.
We are always looking for new ways to be able to get the animals into loving homes.
ADOPTING A NEW CAT OR DOG
If you are interested in adopting an animal, we ask that you keep a few things in mind and ask yourself these questions:• Is this the right pet for you and your family?
• Do you have the time to commit to this pet?
• Animals need to visit the Veterinarian and receive vaccinations, can you afford this?
•There are other expenses as well such as, food, cat litter, toys, treats, etc.
These bundles of joy do come with a price tag, can you handle the price?
