Our Featured Pet...

ALLEY CAT lived those first years full of strife, As just what her name says a horrible life. She spent her nights hunting ever so brave, Her days she slept hiding, not knowing she craved. Homeless and hungry, without soft pillow or ball, A bowl with her name on would be nice, that’s all. Till one day quite sudden her old world went away. She welcomed her new life no longer a stray. An angel of mercy, I'll tell you her name, That angel is Melody, she showed me I'm tame. She did all the right stuff, my health she ensured, To show that my rough life is past but endured. Now I am ready and waiting for you, To take me to your house, your home and mine too!

News

FARM CATS! Do you live on a farm or ranch? If you do you need cats to help keep your home and barns free of rodents and snakes. My Rescue has several spayed/neutered and vaccinated cats that are not sutiable as house pets due to the fact they don't crave the touch of a human hand. These cats are not feral and appriciate a hand out and a warm place to sleep but only minimal human contact and they're great mousers. If you are interested please contact My Rescue. We deliver! And remember, neutering or spaying your pet has many beneficial health effects: lower risk of certain cancers; decreased risk of illness; and reduced risk of behavioral problems, especially in males, that can lead to accidental death or euthanasia. The SPCA of Brazoria County, www.spcabc.org, in Lake Jackson has a wonderful spay/neuter program called SNIP please give them a call at 979-285-2340. Heartworms are deadly in costal Texas! Prevention is easy and affordable! Call your vet today! If you don't find what your looking for here please check with our local SPCABC in Lake Jackson, there are many homeless there just waiting to be a part of your family. And please, donate your time and money to SPCABC they are an important part of this community, volunteers are sorely needed.

Who We Are

A stray/feral cat rescue. I'm just one woman trying to make a differance.

Adopting a friend

I do not ask for an adoption fee I ask that you give a gift from your heart that will help me to continue to help them (I am not a 501c3 organization). My cost per rescue LESS the cost of food, monthly flea protection, heartworm preventitive and all the essentials it takes to care for a healthy pet, not to forget those that come to me ill or hurt, pregnant or motherless, is about $45. This includes all vaccinations and spay or neuter. You must qualify to adopt by answering a few questions, allowing an inspection of your home then signing a simple contract to insure a loving, safe, forever home for the pets I so devotedly save and care for.
