Who We Are
The Association for a Pet Adoption Center (APAC) is a 501(c)3 not-for profit group of concerned volunteers who are working toward a time when homless, unwanted animals are no longer being destroyed in our shelter, and when every dog and cat can be guaranteed a good life in a caring environment.
Adopting a friend
All adoptions are subject to application approval and a home visit by an APAC representative. This is to make sure that the animal is going to a good home and he/she will be a good fit for the adoptive family. The adoption fee is $75.00 and up. All animals will be spayed or neutered, current on all their shots and will have had a health check-up. The adoption fee also includes a 6 month supply of heartworm preventative medication.
