We have a brief application
and an adoption contract that must be signed.
The adoption fee for dogs is $70.00 which covers a distemper/parvo booster,
general worming, AVID microchip and a certificate valued at $54.00 to take
to your vet to cover rabies vaccination ($4.00) and spay or neuter ($50.00).
All pets adopted from our shelter, by state law, must be spay or neutered
by the time they are 6 months of age.
Our adoption fee for cats is $60.00 this includes a Fel-O-Vac IV, general worming,
AVID microchip, and a certificate valued at $44.00 to take to your vet to
cover rabies vaccination ($4.00) and spay or neuter ($40.00).

We are located in Marshall Texas, at 607 E End Blvd S (which is also Hwy 59).
You will find our drive way between the water treatment plant and A-1 Rental.
Also, look for KFC and Taco Bell as we are directly across the street from these two businesses.

WHO WE ARE
We are a city funded, high volume shelter dedicated to the welfare and
safety of the pets in our care. We love our pets and strive to get each
adoptable animal ‘out on a leash’. We work closely with area rescue and
humane groups who help us move some of these pets out. We are also open
to the public Mon – Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and available after hours
and on weekends by appointment. We encourage anyone looking for a new
companion animal to visit our shelter first!! 25% of our pets are purebred
who are in our shelter by no fault of their own!
