Who We Are

We are The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals of Bell County, a 501(c)(3)non-profit organization dedicated to the welfare of animals. The SPCA is an all-breed rescue group that focuses on Shelter Rescue...animals whose time is limited. We also strive to keep our animals in a non-kennel situation by rotating our them into an inside setting as much as possible to better observe their personality and temperament. We have our animals fostered in Bell, Milam and Falls County, Texas, deep in the Heart of Texas!

Adopting a friend

(If you think one of our "kids" is for you, just e-mail us or give us a call and we'll be happy to e-mail you additional pictures of the pet you think might just be what you've been looking for prior to that initial visit. Our goal is to find the best possible situation for our animals and their new owners. If the family is not happy, then our animals are not going to be happy. We ask that each new owner give their new family member a reasonable length of time to adjust to their new surroundings and learn what is expected of them. Give us a call if you have any questions or problems or concerns. Sometimes, after is all said and done, things are just not meant to be. If this is the case, the adopting individual agrees to return our animal back to us and all adoption fees will be returned. )

Come Visit Us!

(The SPCA is primarily a foster-type organization with our animals at various locations. Give us a call or e-mail and we'll make arrangements for you to meet our special friends.)
