UPDATE

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to process for direct placement of owner surrenders or found beagles at this time. We are only able to help if you can commit to providing indefinite foster care for a beagle until we find a home. (not just a deadline until next week, etc) This is because the massive volume of inquiries asking for assistance is a hundred fold beyond the amount of what our foster home volunteers can handle.

This also applies to beagles you see in kill shelters or posted on "Craig's List". Unless you are prepared to become an active committed volunteer for LSBR and foster a particular beagle you would like to find a home for do not expect us to assist with placement of beagles you want to save.

Under no circumstances will we advertise to find placement for an intact (unspayed, unneutered) Beagle.

If you have adopted a dog through LSBR and are no longer able to care for it, please contact us ASAP to make arrangements to return the beagle to our rescue.
