We now are open Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 10 AM to 1 PM, and by special appointment.
Who We Are
We are a non-profit shelter run by volunteers, working to help solve the animal problems in our community. We assist and match up lost and found animals with their owners. For those animals caught in-between homes, we shelter, feed, water, clean-up, exercise and find the best homes we can. Because we are a no-kill shelter, we include a large measure of love for all the animals entrusted to us by various circumstances.
Adopting a friend
Our adoption procedure begins with an application about yourself and what you have to offer one of our animals. Puppies and Adult Dogs are available for a $95 donation and Kittens and Adult Cats are available for a $65 donation. All of our animals are spayed/neutered prior to adoption and have been tested for heartworm and feline leukemia/aids. They all have their age appropriate vaccinations and dogs & puppies are microchipped.
Come Visit Us!
We are located 10 miles north of 1604 off of Hwy 281. Just take 281 North, take the Bulverde (FM 1863) exit and go to the right. Go 1/10th of a mile and turn right onto Wiley Road. Go down the gravel lane and take each left. Open the gate and come on in, just re-latch it so any escapees won't get out.
