Adopting a friend

Please go to our homepage: www.smartpetz.com, click on the Adoptable tab and you will see our application. Not all dogs and cats that are available are able to attend adoptions every weekend. If you are interested in a particular pet, please email the above address to make sure the pet you like will be at PetsMart before you plan to attend the weekend adoptions. Not all pets in the program are listed online. Please contact us by email if you have something particular in mind. We try very hard to match adopters to potential pets and our volunteers can provide lots of information about their fosters! All animals are spayed or neutered prior to adoption. They are current on vaccinations, dogs are heartworm negative and on prevention and are microchipped. Cats are tested for FIV and Feline Leukemia. Adoption fees: cats $90 dogs $130 and up

Come Visit Us!

We hold dog and cat adoptions at the PetsMart store located on the corner of FM 1960 and I-45 every Saturday from noon-4 and cats only on Sunday from 1-4. Not all the animals in our program are listed here. We have many adult cats in need of homes and they can be seen in the store every weekend. We receive new animals into our program on a regular basis, so check with us if you are trying to find a pet. We are happy to help you locate the right pet for you or offer advice on how to find what you are looking for. **We are now holding adoptions at the Conroe PetsMart, as well as our regular location. We are there every Saturday from 12-4. If you are interested in a specific pet, please email smartrescue@yahoo.com in order to make arrangements to meet this pet.
