WHO WE ARE
We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit shelter working hard to find
homes for all of our friends. We offer pets for adoption
to good families that meet our requirements for pet ownership.
All pets adopted through us are spayed/neutered, wormed,
and current on vaccinations, dogs are heartworm tested,
and cats have been tested for feline leukemia. We also
provide humane education to area schools and civic organizations
at no cost and have a low income spay/neuter program.
We take in owner surrenders only (no strays) for a small fee.
Please call 936-639-1880 to see if we have room for your pet prior to arriving.
Please Come See Our Dogs & Cats at Petsmart!
1905 Tulane Drive
Lufkin, Texas
We have cats there everyday all day and our dogs will
be there on select Saturdays from 11am - 3pm.
Please call for Petsmart Adoption dates
LOW INCOME SPAYING/NEUTERING
We have a low cost spay/ neuter program to area residents that
have a yearly income of $30,000 or less.
Reasons You Should Have Your Pet Spayed/Neutered
In 7 years, one female cat and her offspring can produce 420,000 cats
In 6 years, one female dog and her offspring can produce 67,000 dogs
6-8 million cats & dogs are euthanized by shelters each year due to overpopulation
An average of 800 cats & dogs are euthanized each HOUR in the U.S. alone
