Our mission is to put into action the words of our motto. From the Heart Animal Rescue is a coalition of rescuers dedicated to caring for hurt and frightened victims of accident, disease, cruelty and neglect, by providing the life-saving surgeries, medications and special care that other organizations are unable or unwilling to give. Once rehabilitated, we then work diligently to find each animal the perfect, loving forever home.

From The Heart Animal Rescue is a private, all volunteer organization. We receive no government funding and are not a United Way agency. Our life-saving work is supported solely by the loving contributions of animal lovers. As we do not have paid staff, every penny of every dollar we receive in donations goes to care for the animals. Our adoption fees for dogs and puppies is $100. This includes heartworm and erlichia testing (and treament, if necessary), all routine, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip implantation & registration, and spay/neuter. Shelter Care also will donate one month of free pet health insurance to you for your adopted pet!
