Our next public adoption will be at the PetSmart in Weatherford (I-20, Exit 408), July 25, 2009, from about noon till 3. We will adopt pets from our foster homes in the meantime and all the time. Don't hesitate to call the number listed on each pet's personal page to arrange for a meeting and adoption.

We are a non-profit - 501(c)(3) - animal rescue group in Weatherford, Texas. All donations are tax-deductible.
How to adopt. . .
To adopt or get more information about one of our dogs you see here please E-Mail Judy at "heelerdogs@juno.com" or for faster response, call the foster mom indicated for each pet. Our adoption fees start at $150 which covers the cost of spaying/neutering, vaccinations, heartworm and internal parasite testing, and of course, current heartworm prevention. Some dogs may be adopted for smaller fees at our discretion.
Where are we? . . .
We do not have a facility for our rescued pets, but operate instead with the help of foster parents who keep our babies until they can be taken to the PetSmart in Weatherford for regularly scheduled adoptions, usually on the 4th Saturday of each month.
