Meet our cats by making an appointment to visit our facility. Although we occasionally have offsite events, we have found that the cats are more comfortable, and you will see them at their best, in their home environment.
Who We Are
Tuxedo Junction Rescue is a no-kill rescue
organization dedicated to providing tender care and permanent placement into loving homes for cats at risk for shelter euthanasia in Austin, Texas.
Tuxedo Junction Rescue, Inc.
is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
We primarily rescue black and white ("tuxedo") and black cats because of their historic difficulty in being placed through shelters. However, this focus does not preclude rescue of other cats in need. We believe in thinking globally, but caring LOCALLY, so we only adopt to homes in the greater Austin, TX area. People outside the Austin area are encouraged to use Petfinder to find a shelter or rescue group in their area to meet a new family member.

You can call to visit us and see if we have a new member of your family just waiting for you. We also have occasional Adoption Days at local pet supply stores.
