4PAWS, Inc is an IRS recognized 501(c)3 non-profit organization operated exclusively for the promotion of animal welfare. The objectives are (but not limited to): adoptions out of Benbrook Animal Shelter, assisting pet owners in spaying & neutering their dogs and cats, providing community education regarding animal welfare in schools and senior centers. 4PAWS, Inc purchased and presented a bullet proof, knife proof vest to the Benbrook Police Department for Aysha, Benbrook's K-9 officer. We continue with our efforts to provide K-9 vests to other local police departments in need.

Adoption Fees:
Adoption fee includes: vet examination, routine vaccinations, canine heart worm testing (and treatment if positive), feline leukemia/FIV testing, spay or neuter, treatment of internal parasites and ear mites if needed.
DUE TO LACK OF FACILITIES, 4 PAWS IS UNABLE TO ACCEPT ANIMALS FROM INDIVIDUALS.

Fort Worth (exit Hulen St. off I-20. The shopping center is on the northwest corner.
Adopting a friend
Animals are housed at the Benbrook Animal Shelter, 467 Winscott Rd. and can be seen during normal business hours Monday - Friday, by calling Benbrook Animal Control (817-249-1610) for an appointment. After 5 days, all cats and kittens are kept at PetsMart/Hulen in Ft. Worth on Southwest Blvd. You can find our volunteers at the PetsMart-Hulen location Monday-Friday and some Sundays from 1 PM - 4 PM, adopting dogs whose time is up at the shelter weekdays (animals that are available for adoption change frequently, so please call the store prior to your visit if traveling a long distance)Come Visit Us!
