Our Mission
4PAWS is an IRS recognized non-profit organization operated exclusively for the promotion of animal welfare. The objectives are, but not limited to: provide volunteers to assist in the care of shelter animals, facilitate placement of homeless, abandoned animals, or animals in need, assist in the health promotion and well-being of shelter animals, and provide community education regarding animal welfare of promotion of responsible pet ownership. 4PAWS, Inc. is an IRS recognized 501(c)3 non-profit organization operated exclusively for the promotion of animal welfare. The objectives are (but not limited to): adoptions at PetSmart stores of animals from the Benbrook Animal shelter, providing all pet owners discounted neuter/spay services for their existing pets and a no-cost program for qualifying low income pet owners, providing community education to promote responsible pet ownership, coordinating and conducting business with other agencies who share our interests and providing animal information thru the Internet and local newspapers.
