What is ARF?
ARF is a non-profit, no-kill animal welfare organization dedicated to protecting and providing for our community's animals in need, while fostering an awareness of their importance in our lives. We strive to find loving homes for animals taken into our custody.
ARF was founded in 1991. Through the efforts of our volunteers, we provide food, shelter, and medical attention for the cats and dogs in our care. As a non-profit organization, we are funded solely by donations from the community.
We are located in Tyler, Texas and have volunteers and foster homes in Smith, Cherokee, and Wood counties.
