Who We Are
DFW Cocker Spaniel Rescueis a a non-profit organization. We are a small group of local volunteers who work to place abandoned and rescued cocker spaniels in new homes. The dogs are vaccinated, neutered or spayed, heartworm cleared, and assessed for temperament.

Adopting a friend
Our goal is to find loving and forever homes for every rescued Cocker Spaniel. To that end we have developed an adoption application and process to help us identify the best homes for these wonderful dogs. Most volunteers have their own Cocker Kids and are familiar with situations and environments in which Cocker Spaniels do best. Furthermore, our foster parents have had our adoptable Cocker Kids in their homes and have learned something about their personality. We do our best to match the dog's personality and behaviors with the new family's lifestyle and environment. We do this, again, to protect the dogs and make sure the dog and the family can live together forever.
